About the Knights

Built in Palmdale

The Palmdale Knights are the football and cheer program of Antelope Valley Youth Athletics, a volunteer-run youth sports organization started in 2006. What began as a track club grew into a full program, and the Knights became its flagship.

We play age-based tackle football in the King Conference of American Youth Football. Our coaches teach fundamentals, safe technique and how to compete, and we expect our athletes to show the same discipline in the classroom and at home.

Football and cheer practice at the same field and take the field together on game day as one team: the Knights.
